Colorful tulips, hyacinths and daffodils
Warm rays of sunshine, fresh air of springtime
Robins, bluebirds and purple martins
Uplifting spirit and soul sublime

God's good earth once more awakening
New life evident all around
Lush green grass and foliage growing
Scampering rabbits and playful squirrels abound

Oh wonderous season of rebirth
Symphony of wild birds singing
New life springing forth
Bright colors of springtime emerging

A painting rich in color and texture
Cherry pink and apple blossom white
Blooming dogwoods and redbuds under forest canopy
Such a glorious and spectacular sight

Tinkling wind chimes in the soft and gentle wind
Beneath my feet the soft and moist sod
From the rustling leaves a voice whispers to me
Be still and know that I am God
