"A soft answer turneth away wrath; But grievous words stir up anger." Proverbs 15:1

Nothing is ever
As it first appears.
Control your sharp tongue and
Keep in check your fears.

In all your replies,
Be pleasant and kind.
Slowly deliberate;
Then make up your mind.

Gotta watch your tongue;
This you must remember!
You can't pull words back
Once they're spoken in anger!

Take care to listen
Before you first speak.
Open your mind to the
Clear truth you must seek.

God gave you two ears
But only one mouth.
He wants you to listen
Before speaking out.
